I have been sent an e-mail saying my Bt Cloud on Infinity 1 is now set to free 100gb limit. Great, however mine is at 5gb. I have been on live chat, been transferred to a technician in India who said there is a migration going on and there are lots of people with the same problem He promised to look into this but nothing. I have put two jobs in to sign up for another 12 months and increase my allowance. Both jobs show completed but still stuck on 5gb.
