I have just joined B.T & yesterday was my last day of the 10 day period.
Bin looking at my speed it hasnt gone up alot but i keep getting all these errors on the hub info so i would like to ask what are the errors please & does the speed look about right for me thanks Nick..

It seems there is much noise on the line . When i moved in there was a rustleing noise but that went but could still be there when i am on not on the phone as i don't use it much i rand the numbers with option 2 as well & just got a hum on my cordless phone..
How would i go reporting this please thanks..
Noisy line! When making telephone calls, if so this is not good for your broadband, you can check-
Quite line test dial 17070 option 2 and listen - should hear nothing best done with old type analogue phone digital (dect) will do but may have slight hiss If you hear noise- crackling pops etc, report it as a noisy line on your phone, don’t mention broadband, Bt Faults on 151.
Just did the test & it sounds like its raining on the line i will report it thank you for the help..
