What a nightmare! - Does the Right hand know what the Left hand is doing?
I remewed my contract on 15th Feb - Feb bill came in wrong so I got it corrected - March bill has just come in - Wrong again - sorry, we've got no trace of your renewal said the chat conversation.
So I rang customer services - oh yes, we can see your renewal - it hasn't been processed - I'll do that now - and then please put me through to billing so they can correct the bill - speak to billing - sorry - you don't have a current contract - your bill is correct.
Back to Customer options - sorry - you don't have a current contract - hold on a minute - I just spoke to someone who confirmed I do have a contract
After spending nearly an hour on the phone - I've given up - I'm loosing the will to stay with BT - and the second floor window is looking very tempting to throw my phone out of!
