Tracking my order online, it says an engineer has already completed “works outside my property” in preparation for FTTP installation. What would these works be?
I have confirmed the fibre at my property would be underground not overhead if that helps. Neighbours have a tube outside their front door with blue rope, I’m guessing that’s where their fibre is too. Would we share the same access point?
