I recently changed my BT Broadband, but in my orders there is a completed order with the description saying 'Auto Cease Order'. When clicking to see the details I reach a red error screen. Does anyone know what this means?

It will be an internal robotic task. You would not normally see these on MyBT.
Nothing for you to be concerned about.
Its quite simple when you think about it. You changed your broadband which means your current one had to be ceased and the new one implemented so an auto cease order was issued by the system so the new one could be enabled.
You received a part of the internal system messaging in error.
