We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
Can anyone shed any light on what this wierd connection is on my HH5 DHCP table?
I've no idea what the device is at all or why it has an IP address outside the tables range : /
Now there is two of them : /
They only show up on the DCHP table, not on the front page of the router config page under the "Devices currently connected to your BT Home Hub".
Edit: if you trawl through the forum you will see problems with turning off the 5Ghz FON signal.
Checked my status:
Your BT Wi-fi account details
|BT broadband option:||BT Infinity Option 2|
|BT Wi-fi community status:||Opted Out|
But on the HH front page:
|BT Wi-fi Status:||Active|
Any idea who I should contact about it?
