The search engine is "enhanced by Google", and it's not quite as good at producing meaningful results as Google.
You can filter the search dates, but the search within BT seems to produce unpredictable results.
The web search gives results but you can't integrate with internet security software. i.e. there's no indication given whether a site is safe, secure, etc.
Still:- for Edge browser users and Microsoft's Windows Defender there's at least some indication re website security.......hmmm.
On the ipad there's a warning to the effect that the search can give unsafe results.
