Already thought of the credit rating issue which is why I'm pursuing having the account credited as it should be to zero. I'm so fed up with the ridiculously poor customer service I'm prepared to go to court. I've got detailed records kept since last September of all the issues and the breach of contract by BT due to lack of supply so I'm prepared to fight to the bitter end. It's fair to say that in 2012 you can't bill someone for a service they don't receive, there are consumer laws that cover this.
