This has been going for months, and infuriating so many customers. These community forums are littered with posts about their ping spiking ridiculously high, when, apparently all bandwidth is being taken up by one user streaming any sort of video, not even at high quality! Whether it is YouTube/Sky-on-demand/Netflix/Twitch - it doesn't matter. The latency jitters all over the place, even above 250ms!! How can this be acceptable in 2019? How can BT be so seemingly ignorant to the problem so many of their loyal customers are having? This is honestly ludicrous at this point.
Can nobody at BT see this on their own community forums?!
