Although I am a talktalk customer, they rely on BT connect to service the lines. On Tuesday last a BT engineer came and found the fault was a line fault outside 40 metres away. Since then there has been nothing but promises. Somebody was supposed to come Saturday, no show. Rescheduled for Monday, no show. Rescheduled for Today Tuesday. Its now 4.00pm and starting to get dark so I guess its another day of no show. Where are the diggers?
Its Openreach that deal with the line from the exchange to your house. They only deal with service providers like Talk Talk.
You will have to ask your service provider for an update.
Thats correct , it is Openreach that are doing the work, and as already said you have to get Talk Talk to push Openreach.
Openreach is a separate company due to Ofcom rules and it is only your supplier TALK TALK that can help.
