I have purchased BT broadband 2 service for 48 months through Topcashback website link but the purchase was not traced. I have to file a claim of cash back myself. But they ask for my BTCOM/AJM reference which I cannot find anywhere on my order. I did tried to find everything, order pages, emails, track orders etc. But still could not find it, the only reference I have begins with VOL. Where and how should I find my BTCOM/AJM reference than?

Typically on the very first order confirmation of you ordering the service, further updates after that use the VOL reference.
Thanks for the advice! I really couldn’t find it and we don’t receive paper bills for our package. Anyways I managed to get it from the BT forum advisor.
