seconded: wonder if they are waiting to include more 'reverse-engineered' features ?
Thirded: come on BT! I thought you had aspirations to be a market leader?
I can see no reason why BT aren't releasing this update seeing as how it's ready to go. The only thing I can think of is that they are waiting for the BT retail boxes to complete the 28.26.0 rollout first.
Yes I agree BT TV customers do appear to be being treated like second class citizens. Hopefully we will get an update in the very near future and wont constantly lag behind. Perhaps we might even jump ahead and get a later update with reintroduced missing features and bug fixes!
Its a shame this is happening, I moved back in March from Sky to BT, wasn't a fan of Sky Q, and also the monthly cost was too much...
I am happy with BT TV, but things like this annoy me very much, its a simple update that changes ONE thing!! to have this available over two months ago and not yet get it on to BT boxes is extremely poor, which ultimatly makes me ready to go back to Sky...
Sort it our BT, you're going to lose customers if you don't!
I miss the ability to hide channels as well so I had a look at the EPG and saw an option to only display subscribed channels. I thought great, that'll hide channels I'm not subscribed to - stupid me 😞
