Right back in Sept i signed up with you under the £50 Sainsburys voucher offer and it got to Dec and still didnt have them so i contacted you by email about it.
I was told you would look into it then mid Dec i got a email back from you saying that you will send me a new Voucher out to me and i will get this within 15 days but now it almost a month since then and i still do not have my voucher.
you told me that you was sending it recorded and i have asked for the trcking number but you wont give that to me and i have emailed you for the last week each day and all i get is the same old thing and that is ITS ON ITS WAY.
come on it does not take a month to send a voucher out does it? No it does not.
so in all i have been waiting since Sept and im getting no where with you about it.
if i dont getit this week i will TAKE YOU TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT to make a claim and also for my time you are wasting.
i have been in touch with Watchdog about this and guess what i am not the 1st person to contact them about you and they seem to be saying that when they come back to our screens in March they will be doing a bit about you and these vouchers!!!!!!
so i want my voucher that i am due.
maybe if i dont pay my bill that will move you on a bit faster?

They normally reply by email or phone directly to you within 3 working days they will take personal ownership of your problem until resolved and will keep you informed of progress
They are a UK based BT specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved
