Where is my BT reward card?

Hello all,

I signed up for WiFi with BT when there was a special offer on that involved a BT reward card. It’s been 14 days since it was activated, and I’ve paid the first bill, but there’s no reward in my account. Is there somebody to speak too about this?

You can claim a reward card from www.bt.com/claimmyreward
Once received you have 3 months to activate and 12 months to spend the balance.

It says that there are no rewards to redeem. I’ve noticed on the forums quite a few people have had this issue
