Like other people have mentioned on this forum, I too have tried to claim the BT reward card on the relevant web page and have found there are no rewards showing. Some responses to previous questions indicate that rewards do not appear until 14 days after activation. That period has now passed.
The offer was one of the main reasons I switched to BT. The combined £120 effectively reduced the cost by £5 per month over the 2 year period of the contract and influenced my decision to switch to BT.
People have been posting on this subject for at least a couple of years and it is disappointing to find that the problem has not been resolved.
I have followed the procedure to apply for the M&S card but I have no faith that will arrive either.
BT was not offering any reward card on that date, so it looks like the Uswitch offer link had not been removed.

That’s not an acceptable response Keith. As I said before, the BT web page that I was redirected to from uSwitch clearly indicated the BT Reward Card and M&S card offers. I have a copy of that page. An offer was made, which I accepted. I only proceeded because of that offer.
I hope this can be resolved without me having to make a formal complaint.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

I have raised a query to our Rewards Card team to chase up both the Reward Card and the M&S Voucher. It can take our Rewards Card Team up to 5 working days to work queries.

I have exactly the same issue as the OP posted above, with the same offer and timelines (£80 Mastercard & £40 M&S voucher) with the same result with "No Rewards" indicated in my account.
As with most people the reward is the reason people return to BT.
This is the 2nd time over the last 4 years BT has accepted my contract with redemption/rewards offers and failed to deliver the contract i signed up for!
The last time the Rewards that didn"t exist finally appeared, was after the claim deadline had expired. I do not want too go through this "Costly Farce" yet again.
