I am pleased to report that the MasterCard turned up within days, but I have not yet received the M&S gift card which you mentioned I should receive within 30 days of 16/03/20. That period is now up.
I’d be grateful if you could investigate and chase it along please.
Thank you for posting back I can see that the Promotions team confirmed on the 19th of March that the M&S voucher has been sent. It normally takes around 30 - 45 days for it to arrive. This everything that's going on it could be further delayed but please be assured that it is on the way.

Thanks very much for the info and putting me in contact with Community Moderator (?) Robbie, he did an excellent job sorting out the Mastercard, and i"m just waiting for the M&S payment into the Bank.
Robbie definately turned a stressful situation into a pleasant outcome 🙂 And was informative and curteous throughout and is a credit too the Community .
I just wish after 4 years (since i was last here) the issues with Reward cards had improved. For something so simple it seems there"s still issues that need addressing in Validation and Qualification for Reward cards via external sites.

Service went live on 6th November.
Ordered 2/11 live 6/11 says no reward
I also have the screen shots of offer if needed
