Where to escalate? 3 month yet BT cannot resolve by home broadband dropping issue

 

Got another call form BT advise a while go asking me, how is it look like now?

She don’t even bother to look at the update in ticket that i called BT back yesterday explaining them the issue is still there

 

4 engineer visits

Numerous calls and tickets

I am running out of options

 

Please advice if there is anything more I can do before I change my supplier

 

I am not that person who take these things to Social media without giving enough chance but now I feel enough is enough

once you have posted the information asked for then the community members can help you more

if using a hub 4 locate these lines located in the hub logs
Lines should look like this
19:11:29, 07 Nov. (2290101.460000) DSL noise margin: 7.00 dB upstream, 6.10 dB downstream
19:11:29, 07 Nov. (2290101.390000) DSL line rate: 448 Kbps upstream, 288 Kbps downstream

Changing your provider will not resolve your problem as they all use the same Openreach network

Q: if BT customer support cannot resolve an issue over 3 month Where to go

 

Ans: to me it looks like , i need to go to Publis, facebook , twitter, BBC watch Dog etc

If the community here can not help you then there are the forum moderators who are specialist team of trouble shooters who will get your problem is resolved you do however need to post the information requested first
social medie will not resolve your line problem

As your ISP is trying to resolve your as can be seen from your post - 4 engineer visits - then I doubt turning to another media or ISP is going to get you any faster help

 

just post the information requested and if forum members cannot help you then the forum mod will  - read the forum posts and you will see the number of people who have benefited from mod assistance
