Which hub am I gonna get? New customers

Hi. Just a quick question. I took Bt up last week with the install date being the 14th.i got the unlimited infinity 1. Can someone tell me if I'm gonna get the new hub or the old one? I really want the new one but I would like some confirmation. Many thanks

What was offered on the advert when you signed up and what does it say on your order confirmation?

Order confirmation doesn't say anything about the hub. And when I ordered the new hub wasn't out yet. Hence my question. Web chat says I will get a new one but I just want to make sure.

BT only updated thier website a couple of days ago with the new hub so you might not

If it was the HH5 that was on offer when you signed up I suspect that is what you will get but if webchat said other wise who knows. I guess you will just need to wait and see what drops through your door.

I really hope for the new one. Is there any way of getting this checked? Are there Bt employees on this forum who know more?

BT have to use the stock oF hh5 they have so more than likely as there was no mention of hh6 when you signed up that you will get a hh5 either a or b
