Thanks. Got in touch through Live Chat. Might have it fixed out. Really not that much help. Have been having problems with our account for 6 months now. Only time will tell if its fixed now. Im not convinced! Can honestly say BT's customer service is shocking. possilbly the worst ive had but British gas runs them close!!!
Don't hold your breath. BT have always maintained that DD dates can only be changed for the Monthly Payment Plan, and that those for whole bill payments are fixed. It's the only reason I stick with MPP now that my bills hardly vary from one quarter to the next.
