Whole Home Firmware Update? v1.02.10 build02

Hello, 

Anybody else realised that the last firmware update was to a beta version V1.02.10 Build 2 and there has been no updates since March? 

Please don't tell me BT that this was the last update for a device I bought in January? .....

It sounds like your device is enrolled onto the beta program in which case it only receives beta updates. Did you buy second hand?

I believe that you would need to get your device back onto the standard firmware so that it will update to the latest normal firmware.

I think you would need to speak to the whole home wifi team to rectify this. They will be able to send you instructions and a version of firmware you can apply to the device that will allow you to revert back to normal firmware.
