Updated the Whole Home Wifi firmware this week. The problem is that my TV will only stay connected for between 6 to 10 minutes before freezing. This happens on iPlayer, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube.
These apps all work fine on laptop/tablet/phone, it is just with the TV. I have restarted the network, connected to a disc using ethernet cable, checked for updates for the TV all to no avail. We can no longer use the apps on the TV as this is unbelievably annoying as we do not actaully bother with "normal" TV.
Can anybody suggest something please?
Forgot to add, that for the previous 3 months the wifi connection / TV worked perfectly. Only been a problem since the firmware updateon Tuesday.
Note to BT: Don't try to fix what isn't broke. And how about allowing an option to revert back to a frimware that works as you have rendered my TV useless at this time.

Worth adding your details in to help them issues a fix as soon as possible.
Sorry to hear of your troubles, hopefully the next firmware update will rectify the problem.
Although it wasnt 'broken' previously - the whole home hub did lack some usuful features which other similar devices had. It seems to me that in attempting to add some great features some existing functionality is now not functioning correctly.
Hopefully they can get everything running smoothly again and quickly too.
Many thanks for this - I added my details to the discussion.
