Whole home wifi

Have had the whole home wifi connected for over two weeks no problems till last night. After losing broadband due a BT fault I can no longer get the app to work all my devices are connected to internet but when I start app it says your not connected to your whole home wifi, but I am I have checked that wifi it switched off on my hh5 

 

i have unistalled the the app and also switched off the whole home wifi the only thing I have not done is a reset on the whole home don't reallly want to and surely should not need to 

 

Any ideas

Reset the home hub 5 to factory default.
