WholeHome not reliable

I have always had problems with my connection when not in the room the router is in.  I have tried solving this with Devolo kits - but the connection has always been unreliable

I recently purchased Whole Home Premium and all three discs show connection (static blue light)

But when connected to them the actual internet drops (the diagnostics says no internet) and the service is no better that my Devolo kits - very flaky when on anything other than the main router.

I have a 53mps home broadband with SKY.

Any suggestions?

You would be best to contact the WHW product helpdesk as they are best placed to help you.

You can call them on 0808 100 6116 (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm) or drop them an email: btconnectedhome@bt.com

You may also find other Sky users with the same equipment, on their forum.
