Wholehome App won’t connect - fault actually in hub devices?

Once again, out of the blue, the app for managing the hubs won’t connect, telling me the device is not connected to WiFi. Well it is, as are all my other devices. WiFi is working perfectly. 

Trying to access the device management via the web page won’t work either, so it’s not an just app problem. 

I know I can fix this by rebooting all of the hubs - but when are we going to get a firmware upgrade that fixes this? Is it even being worked on, given others have reported this too?

Yes it's definitely being worked on. I've not been given timescales.
