Yes it's happy; I'm not .
Can close topic now as I have cancelled and am awaiting a Virgin media install .
Good riddance BT was a mixed bag over the 5 years but the last year or so was painful .

Virgin always had high pings for me. Not something they could change either. They havent been rated very high for gaming.

Well 2 of my neighbours have Virgin and they one has a 9ms ping and the other one has a 8ms ping , The speed blows BT out of the water for my area. 

Guess it is the lesser of two evils.

 

Not acceptbale to take 8Mb download away and add 9ms of ping to "stabalise the line" The line that was perfectly fine without the "line management" active.
