Hi guys,
I currently have BT Broadband at 67Mbps, but my contract has finished an I am looking for alternatives, according to BT I should be able to get 145Mbps just installing a box outside of my house with no any installation required inside of the house.
But I don't see how this is possible as inside my house the installation is the old cooper wire telephone. It wouldn't be necessary unless the fibre cable inside the house (surface mounted as a minimum)?
Thanks for your help.

Hi @Chavilan
Gfast, check out the video near the middle of this page: “Discover how we can supercharge your broadband using Gfast technology”.
enter your phone number and post results remember delete number but leave exchange and cab this will show what is available to you
https://www.dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/adslchecker.welcome
as you can see your option is not FTTP but G.Fast - G.fast uses your current FTTC connection - fibre to cab and copper to home phone 08005874787 if you want to try an order or find out more
