Why different sub accounts in FULL and BASIC mode

I've been using a number of sub-accounts for years, no problem but a couple of weeks ago, some of the sub-accounts disappeared from the FULL version but remained in the BASIC version.

I now need to flip between BASIC and FULL depending on which sub-account I need to use.

The FULL version also won't allow me to create a new sub-account?

Any help much appreciated.
