Had to have my original order scrapped due to the issues people have posted about elsewhere. Ordered on the phone today (they phoned me by the way). Finally got it all sorted, I hope, however still not received any confirmation email and I can see on my account page under Product Information :
BT Vision Essential BT Vision Essential, BT Vision - PPV, BT Vision - PVR
Now it could be just the way they are doing it but I definitely don't want to end up with a BT Vision box! Is everyone elses order looking the same or should I raise this with customer service?
