Why does my BT smart hub 2 keep going orange within seconds? Obviously an unstable connection. I have addressed BT several times about this situation and still not been corrected?
Can you send an BT engineer out to my residence to correct this fault please and continue with this internet provider

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.
