I have broadband better than 400 bps
silverlight reinstalled many times
IE8, Chrome and firefox
internet time updated - many times!
all browsers return 6030 VC019
silverlight works on two test sites
can see sky news and other online streaming channels
BT initially said it was their problem now an automated email suggests its my PC
HELP from anyone with similar problem would be appreciated.
MODERATORS - why was i told it was a BT Retail Server problem?

Yes I have now done all that.
rebooted tried all three browsers and still get 6030 VC019
Can see that silverlight is loaded in BT
Sky News online streaming works perfectly - and this is using the installed Silverlight.
Am reluctant to try ringing BT yet again - it takes ages - and I have the distinct feeling they haven't got a cluse about what I am telling them!
did a complete reinstall and went over my download limit last month - BT now want to charge me for it!

They are not interested mate you are not alone on this there is a prooblem for some me included using xp, all bt staff are like robots have you done this that tried the other !!!! er yes a hundred times over and it still dont work.
In my original message on 03/09 I asked if the Moderators/BT could shed any light on this.
