Why has Netflix disappeared from my On Demand services?

I was prompted to update the software on my YouView box earlier, so I did. When it came back on, Netflix was missing. iT was there yesterday and we've been using it since launch with no problems (I have a subscription to Netflix and use the app on my iPad and phone already).
I've tried updating software, updating channels, checking connection, restarting the box - no joy. Any ideas why it's suddenly not available?

Can you confirm what software versions you have on your Youview box -- Youview>Settings>System Information>Software Versions

 

It will be something like this

 

Manufacturer Software: 20.9.0

Component Software: 2.8.18
Platform Configuration: 1234

ISP Configuration :  xxx

 

What are your values ?

Right, have just done another system update and restart and it's come back along with a message that ' Netflix is now available on your On Demand service'. It didn't work the first time I tried this a few hours ago, but it's solved now.
Thought I would update for anyone else who might have the same issue.

Netflix I believe was included in platform configuration 1232 onwards (believe 1234 is the latest I've received)

 

So platform configuration 1230 that you had wouldn't have had Netflix.

Yes - just checked after I updated and it's now showing as 1234. I can get back to watching American Horror Story now!
