I've just had my latest bill and it was rather more than expected. It used to have "My Anytime Calls" at £3.10 paid retrospectively. But now has "500 Minute Calling Plan" paid in advance (actually it has both!).
I was told that I was being moved to "Fibre 1" as my old contract had expired. But the move to 500 minutes was not discussed. It seems like a sly way to up the price and reduce the service. Especially bad form during the Coronavirus crisis when I am likely to hit the 500 minute limit.
Seems these behaviours are becoming all too common, I too have seen random costs incurred from things I have not been informed about. Unscrupulous to say the least.
Good luck getting yours sorted anyway!
Nothing will have changed, ALL call plan add on's are 30 day rolling contracts
