If you go to the broadband packages on the BT Webpage you will see the following in the "Important Information" under the sub-heading "Broadband"
"Amazon Echo Offer ends 09 May 2019. Available to new BT Broadband customers purchasing Superfast Fibre 2 Unlimited. Once it’s up and running we’ll be in touch when your free Amazon Echo is on its way. (It can take up to 28 days from the day your broadband is installed.)"
