At 08:17 this morning, I received a text from '64364'. It was a (threatening) reminder that I haven't used my email account recently. I must use it or BT will close it on 14/6/2021 and delete everything in my mail.
But here's the email that I sent to myself on the 14th April:

How can I tell BT that they need to sort out their programming?
PS It was the standard BT warning. I've had similar texts relating to the email accounts of my two daughters who left home fifteen years ago & I told BT to cancel them. BT took no action for several years and continued to bombard me.
What is upsetting is that they still continue to send me texts threatening to close my late wife's email account. She passed away last November and @DanielS, the Moderator is sorting it out for me.
