Bt have started over charging me. Firstly they for some reason cancelled my bt sport, then they restarted for free but charged me £9 for it despite benig the ones to cancel it. I also noticed on my bill that they charged me the same rate of broadband and calls as my package that also includes bt tv, this time they added the cost of bt tv on top. After BT being so aweful when I first joined up, I really wish i left when I had the opportunity. BT have spent so much money on improving there services, but if they spent just quarter of that on improving customer service for existing customers then not so many people would leave.
