My order for new new installation was placed on 3rd July and scheduled for engineer visit today morning. Although I did not receive any email, but after login into my account today morning, I saw installation date has been changed to 26th July. Why has this been done, and can you please help schedule engineer visit as soon as possible.
This is extremely important for my work depends on internet connectivity and taking such a long time to get installation done is really not justified.

I assume this is just a residential order, and is not connected to any business?
