BT Customer experience survey
I do not want to have this enabled , I opted out of it before on the Home Hub 5 and on the Bt Fon website it says i am opted out .
But in options on the new Smart Hub i see it is enabled and i can also connect to it from my phone/tablet
When i go to the website that is linked to it i cannot log in using my normal BT log in details
I want this turned off immediately !
It will be turned off when BT gets around to sending the update to the Hub. Which could be a few days, or maybe a few weeks.
