Our home phone and broadband has been dead for the month of September. BT dont seem to want to do anything about it. We just keep being fobbed off by the foreign call centres, thats when they can be bothered to update us. Even the fault tracking page doesn't seem to work properly.
Seems to me like BT is broken.

My wife had a voice mail today from the call centre to say that the situation with our fault was still fluid and that more time was needed to achieve a repair.
Got home an hour and a half later to find it is now back in action despite the fault tracking page saying its still under repair.
Foreign call centres and 3 weeks to fix a simple fault, its all pretty poor stuff.
