Bought my mum a fire 7 to use during lock down. New BT hub, all other devices connect, but Fire will either connect and say no internet (which is a lie) or will bring up another tab to connect that way, which obviously you can’t as no internet!
I have restarted everything, reset fire back to factory settings, and still won’t connect. Will connect to my virgin wi-fi with no issue.
Please help, I am about to go insane....

A very common issue, and a feature that should really be removed from the home hubs firmware.
