Wi Fi Extender

I have two wi fi extenders one for my BT vision which has been installed for years and works fine
The other one supplies wi fi to the upstairs in my house for what ever reason, I have to reset the extender almost everyday, once re set it works fine until the next day - any ideas?

I assume they are powerline adapters

You can only have one powerline type  adapter connected to the home hub, that will be the master. All others must be slaved off that master unit. You will run the risk of an Ethernet bridge otherwise.

What sort of extenders do you have, and how are they connected?

I will check the home hub, how do I distinguish between model A or B please?
I will get the extender details but what I can tell you is the pair we use for the BT vision - the sender is hard wired to the hub that always works reliably
The one I'm having trouble with is remote from the hub but has a wired connection to my CCTV system that works fine it's just the wi fi upstairs constantly requires resetting

Where does the wifi come from, is it from the home hub, or another device?
