Disabled simply means that the phone cannot connect to the network because the details you have entered are incorrect.
Select the connection again and make sure that you enter the wireless security key, and nothing else.
You may need to "forget" the connection first.
As well as what Keith has said and to reiterate make sure you are using the PASSKEY on the Homehub or the pull out card and not your email PASSWORD or any other password.

If I may just throw a spanner in, imho there's a random bug on the HH3:o
My phone reports this too on the odd occasion (data is disabled to rule this out too) and the details are already saved on my phone. The last time mine showed disabled was only 3 days ago. I did nothing and after several automatic attempts to reconnect to the hub, it sorted itself out.
This also happens on our other phones and tablets - all random and not at the same time.
