Wi-Fi having to reconnect several times a day

The last 2 weeks laptop, mobiles and tablets will not connect automatically and have to register enter the key from back of router. If don't have to enter key the takes 7 to 10 times to connect. Tried usual 're boot devices and router. Is the router faulty as over 5 years old

Try a factory reset of the home hub.

Then turn Smart Setup off.

Also try separating and renaming the SSIDs.
