How do I get my Home Hub 5 replaced as it has been causing problems for ages and more other problems are appearing. There does not seem to be any way to report a fault like this! For many months it has not shown all devices connected even though those devices are working. This makes it very difficult network problems with connected devices. More recently recordings played back from server or live TV from SAT>IP server via Wi-Fi stop sometimes with complaint about a slow source then continues after about 2 seconds. Rebooting the hub sometimes sorts the problem for a short time. DHCP over Wi-Fi seems to be getting slower so my RPi does not get the clock set. A temporary RJ45 cable across the room sorted that problem.
Try a factory reset of the Homehub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds.
