Wi-fi upstairs useless

Does anyone else have two wifi extender soon to be a third to get signal upstairs.

we have recently have taken sky q out downstairs ok but upstairs 😤where do I start 

doesn’t play very well ,freezing up useless basically 

husband contacted but on chat line got cut off twice ? 

I know they have a script they follow but come on asking if my husband was the account holder three times 

going threw the checks on the hub to which we have done are selves using the help page to which you go round in circles with 

we can’t pay any more money to them for the broadband package we are unlimited fibre plus we are not getting a service with them already had to cut are phone line package down because of the price rises I’m disabled can’t watch tv upstairs because of the Wi-fi issue

Bt adverts about there Wi-fi not in are house.

Sky Q uses its own WiFi mesh so BT WiFi extenders will not help. The solution is very simple. It is Sky’s responsibility to provide you with a working system. It sounds like you need them to install boosters between the Sky Q main box and the mini. This service is free, insist that they sort out your problem.
