Hi, this might have been covered in a different post.
My disc has been connected to the hub for a couple weeks but as of yesterday, it doesn't want to connect and it goes between the 'slow flashing blue' and the 'flashing red' lights.
I've tried following the My BT app setup instructions, connecting to the hub via ethernet, and it pairs with the solid blue light, and the disc being recognised on the WiFi network.
As soon as I unplug the ethernet cable, it goes back to the 'slow flashing blue' and the 'flashing red' lights occur again.
I'm out of ideas. Any help with be appreciated. Thanks

Hi @Tedwardo Sorry that you are experiencing a problem with your wifi disc. Firstly can I confirm that you have the Black Complete Wifi disc?
If you haven't tried already then try a factory reset of both the hub and the disc using the pinhole in the back and follow the set up process again.

Hi @JohnC2 thanks for the reply. Yep it's the black disc, and I've tried resetting the disc but its just doing the same thing, except the right stays red.
