WiFi Extender 1200 Problem

So I have had a BT WiFi extender for about 4 years now, and it has started giving me grief with my Ethernet. It will not connect device to the internet when using Ethernet. I have tried different cables on it, same result. I have even test the cables on my router to see if it is the device and not the extender, but they can connect perfectly. So how fix this? And be able to use Ethernet again.

Hi @clucas6 sorry you are having a fault with your Wi-Fi Extender 1200.

Although it would be out of warranty now you can check out the 11ac Dual-Band Wi-Fi Extender 1200 product help page and you might find a solution there.
