WiFi Issues

Having an issue at the moment where our Hub 6 had a solid orange light. This then went to blue but the hub is not showing up on any device and so cannot connect to it. Has anyone had this issue before or know how to solve it?

Try a factory reset of the home hub.

Then turn Smart Setup off.

Also try separating and renaming the SSIDs.

If the lights on the home hub is changing colour, is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements
