I've been on the phone for over 4 hours with BT technical support today... and wifi connection still keeps coming and going.
Broadband seems to be ok as we can access on demand through BT vision. I can see our network on our MacBook... but we can't connect to it for most of the day. Don't really know what to do now... I can't see the advantage of getting on the phone again to technical support as we spend hours doing the same things.... and eventually the internet has come back (I don't think through what they've done... but just because it keeps coming and going) and an hour later.. it's gone again.
