WiFi disk setup issue

So, it was setup for months no issue. Suddenly I lost connection and the light was flashing indicating WPS mode. 

I factory reset and fllow d setup procedure. After factory reset I had a red light -> connect ethernet -> sold blue after around 5mins-> disconnected ethernet and wait for solid blue.....this never happens, after 10mins.

 

I have two other disk that work fine

Now it's started flashing red, then resumed flashing blue. I presume this means it's can't connect via WIFI/WPS

Are the discs coloured black or white, as there are two separate wifi systems?

They're black. There are two other disks and they're working just fine. I'm referring to the third disk, that lost connection and now can't be setup
