The WiFi keeps cutting off and occasionally coming back on mobile devices (2iPhones, 2 tablets) but works fine on a laptop at the same time and the light in the Hub remains blue. The WiFi is visible on the mobile devices but says 'no Internet connection'. Rebooting the hub doesn't make any difference. Help?

have you turned of smart setup
have you split the networks
I would also channels from manual select to a fixed channel- best using wifi analyser on phone to see surrounding networks and channels in use then select free or less congested channel
